01 — Biennial/initial Mock Surveys

One of our team members will arrive at the facility and conduct a “ biennial mock survey”. This will be completed in the same fashion as an official AHCA biennial survey. Our mock survey will allow you to see any practices that AHCA may find deficient. This option is great for facilities which are awaiting their 2-year AHCA inspection.

We also perform initial mock surveys. This is great for facilities not yet open, but are awaiting their initial licensure survey.

02 — Senior Placement/Services

As residents move, age, or change, the task of finding a suitable living situation become daunting. We can provide a list of ALF’s that would be great for your resident. Also, we will refer residents to your ALF! There also may be the need for a counselor, health coach, or dietitian, or entertainment in your facility. We will help you find a professional fit for the needs of the residents.

03 — Trainings

Our CORE trained personnel will assist you with any training issues that arise. We provide training classes in-person to direct care staff. We also provide group in-service training sessions for elopement, falls, and much more! Don’t wait, call today!

04 — Policy/Procedure Creation

We provide fully developed policy and procedures specific to your facility for you! This option is great for facilities in need of a policy and procedure quickly, or for those who are starting their own ALF. We will create policies and procedures per AHCA regulations to help you pass any inspection.
